InkTober!
InkTober is right around the corner!! I plan on being an active participant this year. I want to improve my inking skills, as well as drawing in general, and an image a day certainly can't hurt! For more information on InkTober, visit Mr Jake Parker's website. There you can get a full description on the birth and life of InkTober, as well as check out his phenomenal drawings. Happy Inking!!

Illustration
This is interesting for me. I never thought I would have an interest in illustrating children's books, but the process fascinates me! At svslearn.com, they offer a monthly prompt. Every 3rd Thursday, there is an online critique session, and 3 winners get free courses! I've completed two, working on the prompt for October.
August 3rd Thursday
September 3rd Thursday
I'm busy putting together the information for October, here is the prompt -
"None of the animals could believe their eyes. The aircraft worked! For the first time Ostrich was actually flying!"

Another year....just gone!
It never ceases to amaze me how fast time flies. Where is the fun??!? I've been working on my art more, not near as much as I want to, but it will have to suffice. Got a new tattoo that I love too!! Onward to the pictures!

Something finished!!
I finally finished my polar bear! I looked back to see if I had a post when I started it, and I did. My poor bear sat for 6 years!!! WTH??!? Where does the time go? I was thinking I started it 2 or 3 years ago...I was off a bit >.<
And a closer pic...I love his nose hehe
Comments welcome :)

Tangle Challenge #86 Break Free
Woo! This one was all about playing outside the box...my favorite pastime hehe. Tangles I used: Tra-la-la, Sanibelle, and 3 others that I can't remember at the moment lol.
Little Victories
Sometimes, the little things keep you going when you are trying to get in shape. Here are some of the ones I have achieved. I have set mini-goals at 10 lb losses, my main goal being 150, most importantly doing it healthy!
1) I can do crunches!
2) I can do pushups!
3) Dropped below 190
4) I LIKE veggies lol
5) A big one, happened today - I can button my jeans without sucking in my stomach :D

Tangle Challenge #84 - Blind String
Closed my eyes, drew a string that I thought filled the tile. Opened my eyes. Boy, was I wrong LOL! I ended up with half a filled tile, and small spaces to fill. I'm not sure how I feel about it, but it's alright overall :)
I used Cruffle, which is becoming one of my favorites, Bumps, and a bit of Betweed. Critiques welcome :)
